Kurnia Bumi Gemilang Sdn Bhd (KBG) was incorporated on the 05 May, 2005 as a wholly-owned Bumiputra company. The Company was established with objective to serve the needs of the local telecommunications industry and related businesses. The two founder members of this company are Mr. Adinan Bin Din, the Managing Director and Mr. Samsudin Abd Rashid, the company Project Manager.

Initially, the company began its business as contracting company, laying of telephone cables and related civil works for the Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Fiberail Sdn. Bhd. and Housing Developers.

Today, KBG design, manages and implements major telecommunication projects from obtaining all statutory approvals to commissioning of installations.
